Leopard Mom is an AI family assistant. Our assistant, Leo, helps parents and guardians keep track of their family’s schedules, school information, and daily logistics. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide to us about yourself and your family, including children’s names, schools, schedules, activities, and preferences. This information is used to personalize the assistance Leo provides.
WhatsApp messages
We process messages you send to Leo over WhatsApp and retain conversation history in order to provide the service, respond to your requests, and maintain context across conversations.
Google Calendar
With your authorization, we access your Google Calendar information to provide schedule-related assistance, such as summarizing upcoming events. We only access calendar data you have explicitly connected and authorized.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers necessary to operate Leopard Mom, including providers for infrastructure and data storage, AI processing, messaging delivery, and calendar integration. Information may be shared with these providers as necessary to operate and provide Leopard Mom.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational purposes, such as maintaining conversation context and improving reliability. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s information
Leopard Mom is intended for use by parents and guardians, not directly by children. Any information about a child is provided and managed by that child’s parent or guardian, who is responsible for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate to share.
